Cancellation policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this by email to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by phone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- Cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant informs the landlord only on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or will no longer) make use of the rented property, the full rental price remains due.

At day of reservation confirmation: payment of 50% of the total rental price
At last 3 months before start of rental period: payment of 100% of the total rental price
